1. You need to first upload all the resumes to your folder inside "HR Resumes screening" via Sanboxe's MyCloud and navigate to it properly

2. Upload the JD of the position that you want the resumes to be evaluated against

3. The uploaded resumes will be evaluated against the JD following a holistic framework with a set of criteria and weightages

Hồ sơ ứng viên sẽ được đánh giá dựa trên file mô tả công việc và danh sách các tiêu chí kèm trọng số
